Sounds like Moore and co were trying to hold the rfl to ransom into not giving them a points deduction. They were naive if they didn't know this was happening when they took over from ok ...

So are Bradford still in administration now? Weren't there multiple bidders? Will another be accepted? Will they remain in the table with the points deduction? Or will the rfl buy them, like they said last time?

The RFL weren’t going to buy them, the SL clubs were. Why would they do that now?

Especially in a relegation season why would Wakefield or London or anyone else who might be relegate want Bradford to survive? What would happen if Bradford, against all odds finished 12th? Would (for example) Wakefield accept being relegated when a club they part own survived?

Massive, avoidable, unnecessary clusterwhoopsie and 2 games in we get our first casualty of the return to P+R, possibly the integrity of an entire season ruined, possibly one of our biggest clubs disappearing, a whole raft of bad headlines, more uncertainty for everyone and the gloss taken from a very good start and some of the positive coverage of recent times.

This has been on the cards since the events took place, it's not like it's a surprise to them (like he claims) - it's a I'm taking my ball home move.

Further, if his interest in the club extends only to super league, what would of happened had he taken over fully, and then been relegated without a points deduction?

My sympathies are with the Bradford fans, however this Moore guy has right royally irritated me with his comments!

They have every right to take their ball home. Its their money and it is crazy to think they should be happy throwing their time and money at RL regardless of how the RFL behave. It really is their choice.

Yep. The Bulls 3 have burnt their boats with the RFL after their outburst today.

Think of it another way, the bulls owners think they can get through this season on half payments, they think they can thrive on full payments,they think they can stay up and are happy to risk their money.

Then this happens and they look at it and think we are definitely going down, the risk has just become much bigger, there are ‘special measure’ we will be put in because apparently we can’t be trusted, our income next year is almost certain to be down massively, our income this year is more than likely going to be down on our projections, our personal and professional reputations are being damaged by RFL actions.

Is there no chance that these changes would make you think again whether or not it is worth it?

btw The error they were actually accusing the RFL of wasnt the application of the penalty but that they allowed the stakeholders to leave a meeting the RFL closed without a signed agreement of what was discussed which was the cause of the disagreement between Omar Kahn and the new owners which was the cause of the administration.

even if they do get relegated, with the parachute payments and increased payments to the top championship clubs they'll still be full time next year with a competitive enough squad to easily make the middle 8 and will probably be back in SL1 in a couple of seasons
