Well as far as I know we are not - NM is still hitting the markers and although the timescale has stretched the outcome appears to still be a goer.

People have to accept especially Trinity fans that NM is part of a much bigger project and as any reasonable person will accept it is not easy in the current economic climate to get all the financial elements up and ready - 10 years ago this project would be half built by now but at the moment getting money from banks takes lot more effort. It took 18 month to convince a bank to find the cash to finish Trinity Walk and that was 2/3 built! Patience is the key.

Depends on how many on the industrial units they have sold. With the dearth of un-used units strewn along the length and breadth of the M62 I can't imagine many - particularly in the current fanancial climbate.

I think that's a fair point, selling anything right now is hard work hence the timescale. However the development remains viable and as the recession lifts as it will it should pick up speed.

Nothing is certain but the fact is no one not even the well informed like TRB and IA are privy to the exact state of play how could they be we are talking mega bucks here.

Sir Rodney Walker is the most high ranking contact we at SWAG has and things are unfolding pretty much as he said they would yet and a couple of month ago at the last meeting he remained confident and has not said anything to the contrary since. According to Andy Wilson on SuperLeague BackChat, Koukash went into the dressing room at half time in the Wakefield game. He really is taking a hands on view. I'm sure Noble will appreciate the input and/or his presence.

Years ago before full time contracts is was common for the Chairman to address the players before a match in the dressing room to tell them what the winning pay bonus was. It's also common for a Chairman to go in the dressing room after the match to celebrate, congratulate or commiserate with the players, but I've never known a Chairman go in the dressing room at half-time. Although I can't say I've ever heard of a chairman standing shoulder to shoulder on the terraces with the fans either.

The Doctor certainly has a unique approach.

He should have put his boots on and had a go second half... couldn't have done any worse than some of Salford's current squad.
