How are Wally McIlorum and Mal Goulding not selected? This is an outrage!

I think there's a lack of good young props in the whole league to be honest. Maybe Larne Patrick, Chris Hill or Scott Taylor could have been selected, but aside from them who is there coming through?

I would of picked Larne Patrick on his own patch aswell but hey I got giants glasses on! Can't wait to see this team play but still think if we are going to change the team from one game to another then why couldn't we have England v England to help decide who to take to these big games!

its really the backs that we are miles behind but we are catching up

full backs we are now producing talent in tomkins, ratchford and eden

wingers we have hall and a few others that are developing well in briscoe, charnley, riley and bjb

centres we have atkins and i would say reed behind that there is youth in hardaker, watkins, cudjoe, goulding

so/sh this is where we are lacking at the moment the best we offer is probably brough and chase (and he aint english)

but again in youth coming through we have some talent lurking in gaz o'brien, hampshire, stevie ward, lomax

so we are catching up slowly but we are getting there

It's the lack of props that confuses me. Weve had Peacock retire and need to look at options to replace him yet only select 3 in the whole squad.

I'd have picked Chris Hill and Larne Patrick in the squad and wouldn't have been against LMS or Paul Prescotts selections (although he looks to be injured again so he'd be doubtful anyway).

Baffling really.

Scott Taylor is another one.

Think it's a decent squad and it will be good to expose the likes of Broughton & Ratchford as we might need to call on them. I think Broughton is one of the best wingers in the game. Speed to burn and if he played for Wigan or Warrington he would have 20+ tries this year. Think the partnership of Brough & Lomax looks so much better than Chase & Sinfield.

PS. most Wigan fans don't expect Sam to play against Bradford as he has strapping on his leg and wasn't moving very easily v Widnes. but don't let that get in the way of a good old conspiracy.

Trust me when I say dead legs can keep you out depending how bad it is, I recieved one playing on Saturday and I still can't even jog on it.

Imagine the money that could be spread throughout the game if this load of washed up tosh was not cluttering up our once great sport

That's how I think he will go, rotating the wingers completely so everybody gets a chance. Personally I would have liked to have seen one of Andy Lynch, Larne Patrick, Chris Hill or LMS get a call up. Lynch may be getting on a bit now but he's still playing to a good level, higher than the likes of Peacock and Morley IMO.

There are some poor players there and even as a Wigan fan there is no way Gelling should be near a representative side like this. It really is scraping the barrell. This is also the squad before the inevitable withdrawls that will come closer to the time, I can see it getting worse han this. This concept is finished already.

Not sure what Sam Moa has to do to get a game looking at some of the dross in that squad.
