When our players appeal I have no doubt the unsafe judgement will be overturned. But by then no doubt our club will have folded which, let's face it, was the original intent of the UKBAsterd scam's originator.

Of 14 clubs to have used the visas, it is only the WELSH one that's been investigated.

They havent mentioned the other clubs because they havent mentioned anything about any clubs

The RFL are the ones who posted a statement about 13 other clubs , but all those clubs had already given contracts to players before Celtic Crusaders had played a single game of proffessional RL

All those other clubs used the relevant Visa's before 2005

Probably will do though as I can't see how the Borders Agency could send a copy of the report without breaching the Crowns own confidentiality code, all comments I've found from the RFL state they've asked for a copy but no mention of being given a copy, similarly if they UKBA are still investigating the club as previously mentioned in this thread I can't imagine the RFL can do much given there's legal enquiries going on.

If that is the case why would the RFL even bother requesting one , as they would surely have been told it was not available to them

I am not waiting for any report , we all know what was in it , what is the question is how long do the RFL think they can avoid the questions that would be asked ?

End of the day I don't think that report will ever come out unless the UKBA find something against the club and given that it's been a while already I would imagine that the UKBA lawyers are struggling to find any evidence of illegality in the clubs actions. Would seem odd that they've deported the 6 and yet they've not noted anything against the club, in this type of investigation any complicity by the club would be investigated at the same time and therefore the lack of action leads me to think that there's no case for the club to answer.
