Isn't Rhys Hanbury and Frank Winterstein Australian? Willie is Tongan and had his passport approved early Jan didn't he? Does he even need a Visa for the Kolpak Agreement?

The RFL have never given a single penny ( apart from their alloted share of TV and sponsorship money ) to Harlequins, nor Broncos nor Fulham before them.

This might be the real reason for his no show.

We need someone to do the East Stand extension and perhaps Big Willie is holding out for the funding to be finalised and the weather to warm up a bit so he can make a start.

5 months from signing and still not here, put that with a personal audience with the Tongan prime minister and id be worried now, 1st game in a week, missed all pre season, summat aint right

I have a lovely spreadsheet that shows every crowd for every game in London in SL since 2000. It depresses me when I open it to see which games have seen crowds of over 5k in the Capital (15)....or how many we've had below 3k (43)...and the fact that I can't see it getting any better in 2011......
...............BUT...I then cheer myself by thinking of the club from east hull (see, I didn't call you HKA)...and the sopa opera that is the "will 'e or wont 'e willy"...with a cast full of household names (well, houses in NSW and Queensland anyway)

Depends how long Phelps' last Visa was for. If he has another year on it then he'll be here within two weeks. If he hasn't then it may take him a little longer.

Mason will hopefully get his through within 3wks and be here by March/April and play the majority of the season.
