Looked at the squads earlier and didn't see any way Wakey could lose but that's RL. Think we all have to take these things on chins as if you give other teams pasty and generally wind up you are gonna get jumped on when things go tits up.

I wrote a couple of pages ago

So I’m not really surprised by today’s result. Leeds played them twice away in the Middle 8’s in recent seasons and Warrington did also and whilst London didn’t manage a win they racked up 28, 32 and 38 points respectively in those games so if teams go down there and aren’t switch on in defence they’ll put some points on you as evidenced today.

After 1 game???? Better put Crapalan Dragons in the mix too

To score 42 points is a real credit to London. I’m sure Wakefield weren’t at their best but I doubt a newly promoted has scored 42 points in their first game of the season.

Yep, that's probably season over, I presume the Wakey team were overawed by the palatial surroundings compared to the festering sewer that is Belle Vue.

Well done to London, they looked really up for this one, Wakefield looked like they were defending with three players in the bin, maybe they did have another pre-match card school after all.

Wakefield fans have got bizarrely very cocky in recent seasons. Strange for a club that hasn't achieved any trophies in that period.

No doubt todays embarrassment was all down to the ref as usual. Wakey are never beaten only cheated you see.

As I said in the predictions thread only to be mauled by wakey fans. They are some of the unfittest forwards in the league. Everyone we play them they just look tired quick.

I'm sure London will upset a few teams maybe even us in a few week. I just find it funny how Wakey fans thought they would be a top team this year but get beat easy by everyone's relegation favourites. If London beat Cas.... So be it. I wasn't bigging us up before the season started.

Well done London. I really didn't see that result coming. I know its one result, but maybe London aren't the certainties for relegation we all thought they would be. Danny Ward has certainly created a special culture down there.

On Wakey, I'm going to have a bet on them to beat saints next week as that's typical Wakey!
