He did a good job picking up the 'hubcap' at the weekend ....

| Jason Demetriou could have been named at centre, wing, stand-off, hooker or loose forward.

| Last time we had a player in was Peter Gill in 1999 (not that any of this years deserve a place, apart from maybe Randall, although his form dipped with the team).
Think Wild is unlucky.
It's hard though, because some positions there will be a number of deserving candidates, whereas in others you are struggling to think of more than a handful of names.

| not a Bradford fan but from what i have seen i think Beaver Menzies has been unlucky not to have been included, along with both Saints props.
must admit not sure on the choice of 6&7 either, probably prefer Brough & Chase.
I think they include Sinfield as a matter of course

| They don't look too far below the surface do they ?
Only one player included from outside the top-six clubs (the high-profile Morley obviously) and yet how often do these writers watch Catalans for instance where Olivier Elima has been as effective as any back-rowe ? Or someone like Chad Randall in a struggling Quins side ?
Incidentally, I noticed Martin Offiah did look below the play-off teams when naming.... (his client) Richie Myler in HIS Dream Team on Sky Sports News last night
Would that be the same Myler who missed his side's last five games of the season and 9 (one-third) of 27 in all
Its not been a vintage season by any means but I'm trying to think how many half-backs I'd name before coming to Myler....Dobson, Brough, Leuluai, Burrow, Robinson....

| I really hope Graham gets his back-to-back MOS award now. It will just further emphasize the muppetry displayed by the so-called "Journalistic experts" who have somehow omitted him from the Dream Team.

There could be a connection there, good players are in good teams, good teams finish in the top end of the table....

| Morley and Graham should be the props and also favourites for MOS. Peacock is on a steep downward curve now and will probably have only another good season in him.

| I think graham is unlucky to miss out. That is really the only one that could be questioned apart from maybe stand-off.
I think Gidley and Senior get in there because of the general lack of competition in the centres unfortunately.

Senior has been the best SL centre by a country mile, it's no coincidence that Hall has scored so many tries and happens to be outside Senior.
Also Sinfield has been outstanding this year and has picked up the Rhinos POTY award, he deserved to be in the Dream Team, so does Graham TBF

and he was still 2nd in SL amongst halfbacks for tries and assists combined.

| Shame he has the defensive qualities of a slightly mouldy potato.
Tomkins fully deserves to be in the team IMO, he's made a huge difference to us this year, not just in attack but his defending is superb as well. With him & Leuluai we've probably got the hardest hitting half back pair in the league.

| Graham has held Saints' pack togather this season.
I'm not sure if it is some of his behaviour that has gone against him but he should be in there regardless of that. He's played better than last year when he won MOS

I think your statement above is very accurate and also the reason why he isn't in the team.
Graham has been relied upon to work 80minutes constantly and he has suffered because of this. Yes his stats are great but when you look at the length of time he has on the field they become nothing special.
The lad performs to the best of his ability week in, week out but he has been compromised by poor tactics caused by repeated injuries to the other props.

Tomkins will be world class, I disagree with the hard hitting bit though. Leuluai get's shrugged off alot as does Tomkins. I remember Matt King laughing at him as he swatted him off in the semi-final.
