I get what you’re trying to say but what that poster said and what you said aren’t remotely similar. You’ve not actually complained about anything Jodie Cunningham said, you’re moaning that she hasn’t played at the highest level (you clearly mean Men’s rugby which is impossible for her to play in) and then make a completely irrelevant comment about her appearance. You come across as being quite bitter about the growth of Women’s rugby which is a sad and outdated view.

Not bitter in the slightest, I’m very proud of my club and it’s involvment in the woman’s game and always keep an eye out for the results. I hope the women’s game propers as much as possible. I however don’t agree that people should get more opertunity based on gender/ethnicity over qualifications. I didn’t think she was anywhere near the standards of the usual guests. That’s my opinion.... it doesn’t make me sexist or any other left wing labels you want to throw at me.

Anyhoo, did I miss a decent game? Only the bit I watched was Huddersfield ripping Wigan apart down the middle, Wigan knocking on a lot, & someone (could have been Leuluia) waving his hands about like a defensive basketball player.

I managed to drop back in just as Tautai got binned, initially I thought he may have been unsighted whilst flailing his legs about, but when I saw it from another angle I thought, he's not a big buddy of Ta'ai's then, that deserves a hefty ban.

Fair enough if you’re criticising her based on her performance but your original post was textbook sexism and there is nothing ‘left wing’ about calling that out. The part in bold however is absolute garbage given the commentary box and analysis team is all male almost every week and you have nothing to suggest she has had greater opportunity than anyone else. I’m also still failing to see how she is less qualified to talk about Rugby League than Jon Wells or Phil Clarke given she plays at the highest level possible.

Well done Huddersfield. Been stuffed with injuries so far this season. Wigan look absolutely horrendous. Worst thing for lam was Wigan winning the GF last year! Thought the less in the studio was decent but stone me, someone please axe angella powers and Terry O'Connor asap

It has become a regular occurrence that threads get hijacked by posing trolls and very little debate is actually about the rugby.

Excellent start to the season and well done Huddersfield. Wigan seem to be unable to buy a win at the moment......wire away next week and Lam's comments on the BBC site point to him being out of his depth. I don't see him being there if they lose the next 3 with a trip to Salford and the visit of Catalans....first coach to be sacked.

It makes a refreshing change to see SL's British coaches going pretty well and the "Aussie" imports not so well.
Lam was only here to do a baby sitting job until Edwards came along but, that looks by no means a certainty but, Furner has got one hell of a job on his hands to turn Leeds round.
Both Wigan and Leeds are clubs in transition, which is strange when Wigan are the current champions but, with the players they have lost, it's going to take some time. Ditto Leeds.

I know its early days but I can't see the Wigoons getting into the top 5 they have some tough fixtures coming up, if they lose a couple of pivotal players with injury there is just nothing there in that squad of players. For me O'Loughlin this could be a season too far and Williams has his rugby brain elsewhere at the moment.

As a woman can I just say that I dont find anything wrong with what cas till I die said. I completely agree she was poor- and even the usual team said she was there because it was international women’s day.
