what's wrong with giving out free tickets anyway? the more new people who go to a game the more the chances some will return and also tell their friends and family. also bigger crowd = better atmosphere and looks better on tv. i didn't hear much moaning when we did that in the WC last time it was on these shores - or is it because it is toronto

and name me any team who wouldn't use the term 'sold out' when their ground is full. for christ sake we hardly ever get a full stadium in this game, we should be celebrating decent crowds however the club concerned goes about obtaining it. so many teams in this sport sit on their behinds and expect speccies to walk up to them. respect to those who actively attempt to grow the game
