I have just finished putting together an attendance table for the westpac stadium as part of my job and it would seem that the WRFU/NZRFU have overestimated the worth of union. The have dropped about 40% of their fans in under 5 years.........and reported a loss for 2009 of 500k.....a figure that will be bigger this year as they are 26% down on attendances again.

I repeat, a wellington team in the NRL after the Springbox win the RWC here would have a massive impact on RL here and would firmly put League on the map here, as against everyone still thinking about the Warriors being an Auckland team.

No one except the trolls give you points for anything...
