What caught London out last season was;

1; Getting to the speed of SL from the KO
2; Losing concentration for 5 mins here and there

Suddenly you are 2-3 tries down and chasing the game. I didn't think the bottom end of the league was a huge step up, it was just keeping our nerve and concentration. The bigger/better teams are a different kettle of fish when they hit form!!

I suspect your coach will look at the opposition and navigate the season to do enough to stay up.

Be interesting to see who you sign to compliment the squad you have. London were suggesting they had 'tied in' a number of SL players had they been successful. There must be a few out there who are available.

I must have missed the part where Toronto have brought money into Super League? Or any of the leagues for that fact.

The role of the 12th. club is to ensure SKY get a full and proper league for next season, and to ensure that they are competitive in the process.

Beaumonts club did fine last time in SL, didn't come bottom, had some big crowds and beat Saints and Wigan.

Derek Beaumont will certainly put money into bringing in some good signings, he commented he would do this at the start of this process to ensure Leigh field the strongest side possible......

I think you'll find all players contracts are null and void when they come out of super league as more often than not the go semi pro

Depends what written into them contracts.
If there is no provision in that contract for that contract to become null and void if a team gets relegated then the club is liable to honour that contract or reach an agreement with that player on compensation.
Always read the small print in contracts, because player agents do.

The rules as written where quite clear. SL contracts are void on relegation. Just some can’t be bothered to read them. As in the fella you are quoting.

Are Leigh REALLY gonna be expected to compete against 11 other clubs who get 80% more than them in TV Revinue, it's crazy and unfair. Those 11 clubs should be ASHAMED of themselves and the RFL, SLE and Sky TV should be utterly ASHAMED for allowing it. Staying up is hard enough as it is without having your hands tied behind your back from the out set...Bloody SCANDALOUS!!!!!!!!
