Wakey have been on the Rovers line 3 times and crossed the line 3 times. Granted one was a forward pass, but if they can keep getting some good position it looks like this game isn't over. Rovers goal line defence is poor.
Obviously they also need to stop letting in trys!!

Thought Chris Kendall had a brilliant game. Kept it flowing, didn't rely on the video ref.

KR were good to watch tonight IMHO.

While there was far to much dropped ball & soft carries the highlight was some nice expansive play from KR most of the time & a bit from Wakey during their mini purple patch.

The Maurice Blair carry to Dixon try was the peach for me with Blair so strong in the break & then a great pass out to Dixon who left all Wildcats pawing at thin air.

Not often I comment on VT but felt this was worthy of mention.

Looking forward to Saints v Wire now but not so much to the Middle 8's if we have Blair, Campese, Kelly, Dixon et al to fend off.

Did anyone else feel that Hall deliberately banged the forearm into the KR defenders face before grounding for his try ?

Not really when you look at the size difference of Hall and Dixon but given our disciplinary record this year he'll probably get 4 matches.

Hull KR thrashed Wakefield even though they were short of first choice players, including Joshua Mantellato and Benjamin Cockayne.

Hull KR, if they can keep Terence Campese, Albert Kelly and Maurice Blair on the field at the same time look like Top 8 material to me.


Wakefield, on that performance, will not beat Leigh Centurions or London Broncos when they eventually play in the Middle 8s.

Wakefield missing kirmond, Moore, England , Gibson. I dare say wakefield had more quality missing then kr. That said superb performance from kr. Underestimate them and they will get results. That said I can't see them winning 3 more games additional over wakefield.

He lifts his elbow to fend off the defender but is not looking at Dixon when he makes contact, so not deliberate but under a duty of care. If it had gone to the screen would the try have been chalked off for a penalty?

Wouldn't be suprised if Dixon got 4 games for not getting his head out of the way of his elbow with our luck

We was missing Mantellato, Minns, Horne, Larroyer, Cockayne and Lawler still 6 first team starters missing. But agree we finally get our 6,7 & 9 playing together and have shown what we can do.
