| 5. Leeds
SL Winners: Leeds
CC Losers: Leeds
Anyway, I'll be slightly more sincere, though I have no clue tbh:
1. Warrington
2. Wigan
3. St Helens
4. Hull
5. Leeds
6. Catalans
7. Huddersfield
8. Salford
9. Hull KR
10. Widnes
11. London
12. Wakefield
13. Bradford
14. Castleford
SL Warrington
CC St Helens (horrible feeling that it has been too long since they've won something)
Which would be a nightmare tbh.

| Warrington. Squad too good and Smith is too canny not to win the gf next year.
As for the rest, perm anyone from Wigan, Cats, Hull, Leeds. Don't think Saints will figure as they need a complete overhaul and have too many so-so players. Surprise package might be the Broncos.

| I predict before the season starts some teams will recruit new players and some teams will lose some players.
Pre season will see some injuries and everyone who has posted will want to change their predictions

| It has surprised me a few have not put Widnes bottom of the league again.I have been saying need to buy a few more quality players, as the strength in depth no good at Widnes. It will depend on financial stability of clubs too as could unsettle players and depends on player injuries etc.I also feel some teams have not completed signings and others lost a few players. So i am not predicting and sitting on the fence.

Maybe 12th if Millward goes early or you have a great start

| Why are quite a few people tipping us to finish second? I expect us to improve obviously but sixth to second is a big leap. I expect it to be the following year when we challenge the top two.

As usual it will be a scramble for 7/8th spot and it could be any 2 from 4
The wooden spoon could be interesting, there should be further improvement from Widnes and then it will be up to Cas and Salford to be better than them.
In the CC, more of a wish than an expectation but, if Wakefield dont win, then it would be great for a different winner, Catalan maybe ?

I think losing Finch, Leuluai, Carmont & Lima are going to be big losses, especially all at once. Smith & Green I'm sure will do ok but aren't of the same quality as Finch & Leuluai. Carmont was a cracking centre and will be very difficult to replace, there arent many good centres available. If they sign Taylor that might help alleviate the loss of Lima but he's still a big loss to their pack.
I don't think it'll be a disastrous season for Wigan by any means, they've still plenty of very good players, but I think they'll find it much harder than this season.
When you compare to Wire who I think have only lost Solomona, I'd put Wire as favourites for next year.

Well Cas finished 13th this season, only beating Widnes by points difference. I haven't noticed any impressive signings yet from Cas and I think Widnes finished the season in a more positive fashion than Cas. Add in the Rangi Chase situation, rumours of players not getting on with Millward etc and I don't see it as wildly unreasonable for people to predict, at this stage, 13th or 14th for Cas.

Similar for me and depends on Castleford and Salfords finances as releasing important players.

A bit of pre-season optimism, you seem like your missus has washed your trousers with Saturday's winning lottery ticket still in your pocket.
All clubs start off the same and then the race to Old Trafford begins, at least wait until you've lost a couple before sounding so down.

Giants are going to be interesting, and I think will surprise a lot of pundits on this thread.

Through being exceptionally good or exceptionally bad?
For me, one of the as-yet unanswered questions is Anderson's coaching. I'd be surprised if, in his first full season, he did more than scarape into the play-offs.

Wigan have lost some very good players, Hull have made a few good signings, Trent Robinson is a big loss to Catalans, Tony Rea is a good gain for London. Salford and Castleford were awful towards the back end of the season.
