You couldn't see sat in the North stand. Give your head a shake, Your very close to the pitch with a very good view. Maybe you need your eyes testing.

That North Stand is one of,if not the worse views in Super League.Why can you not sit any further back than 6 rows?

Quote Following the incident with the digital countdown clock at yesterday's game, the club would like to clear up any confusion surrounding the situation.
Rovers CEO, Mike Smith, commented: "Unfortunately, the digital clock stopped with one minute 34 seconds remaining and didn't restart. This was caused by a power failure to the unit which powers the clock but in no way did it affect the official timekeeping.
"There are two timekeepers, one from each club, plus an independent one from the Rugby Football League who is in direct contact with the referee. The Match Commissioner from the RFL is also in contact with the referee so he knows exactly how long is left on the watch.
"The club are taking steps to have the clock and surrounding power supply checked to ascertain what caused the problem to occur in the first place."'"
I doubt that that will be good enough for Gwylim, though, he loves a good rant and trying to stir stuff up, but I'm going to stop myself from talking about him now because I could go on for pages.
Basically, although I wasn't at the match, it seems as though the scoreboard clock didn't have any affect on the actual game due to back-ups being used. If the club themselves don't have an issue then I don't see why anyone else should do. |

Mike Smith basically said as much to the level headed and rational Mr Lloyd during a post match interview. Gollum accused him of "missing the point", by which I think he meant "I've just made myself look a tit, but dont want to admit it or apologise". |
