What a farce this is. Hasn't Duggan played for them since 2006? If so then they've been playing with illegal players since day one. Revoke the franchise and relegate them back to Championship 1.

I think the new laws only apply for this year. The bizarre thing is that van Dijk was delayed in returning but still got through. |

Agreed. With the delay in getting clearance and the later announcement they had, I would be keen to see where this "intelligence-led investigation" came from....
something along the lines of:
"we got a tip off from a bloke who has a team somewhere near wigan and we acted upon it".....
If anyone gets into SL as a result of this it has to be widnes.....dignified in rejection, solid fan base, fairly good youth system and NO SOUR GRAPES  and safe from relegation this year |

So... everything they've won has been illegal. Not a nice way to be. They've been busy telling Widnes and others how wonderful they've been.... not so with a pile of illegal Aussies.
Get rid I say if the RFL want a Welsh Team they had better start again afresh with UK players. |

Most of their imports were. I remember Stevo saying at the start of the year they only had one training session together prior to their match with Leeds because most of their imports had only just got in to the country that week. |

RL struggles because of incidents like this not because of its fans.
Badly thought through expansionist ideas that end up doing more harm than good. Just makes the people who run our game look hasty and stupid, which they are. |
