gutterfax, would you be partial to changing London's name? Cause I'm sick of the Quins name

In 2005, when the tie up was announced, I felt that the Quins name and Logo would be good for the club. I was soon put right on that front, when I was told by someone at the club of some of the shennanigans got up to by our new "partners".

As for now, I would have no problem calling the club London RL again (we were never the broncos btw) and I would like to see the club switch the away colours to the new home strip and an all black away strip with a white chevron.....but I still believe that The Stoop must be the clubs home. The name isn't the problem though........not even close.

You could call us the [size=200"Come and watch us for free and we'll give you free drink for life Rugby League[/size[size=200"[/size.....but if you don't market the games, no bu99er turns up as they don't know we exist

London Lions would be a coolio name, and I agree fully, that strip is beautiful! It's been there for a while (I recall seeing a (infamous) World Club Challenge 1997 Match with it) but the London Broncos were a good club name to have. Quins reminds me of snooty upper class bitches.

Reminds me of being sat 8 floors up in the office block up on Symonds Street of my biggest client in Auckland...wonderful views over the Hauraki Gulf as far as the Barrier islands, sapphire sky, bloody fantastic.

Last time I was in NZ, couple of years back, saw Christchurch beat Wellington in Christchurch. Was just like an early SL match with all the razzamattaz including horses galloping round the stadium. Shame it was bloody Union super 14, and they copied all our ideas!

I can't believe that everyone is saying kick wakey out - the only valid reason for doing so is that Belle Vue is a dump. What are you all going to be using as an excuse to kick them out if (and I accept its an if at the moment) Newmarket gets the go ahead.

There are worse clubs in SL and probably only Widnes outside it that could be deemed to be on a par based on the wider criteria.

The RFL should re name it the Stadium League.
