Saw the worst of Catalan today. Giving away stupid penalties and Richards had a poor day with his kicking.

No idea how they lost that.

Just by an amazing coincidence every team that have lost to Wakey this season have played the worst inept performance of the season. I just don't know what it is that Wakey do to force these season defining lows on the opposition.

There were some penalties in there and Catalan were their usual abrasive selves but defensively, Trinity were pretty
good and the drop goal to win the game, wow, just wow.

Catalans had an off day. It happens, they are still a shoe in for the grand final. Only wakefield fans will get a semi on about this result. Everyone else will be "meh"

Get used to it. Been happening to Cas for 2 years. Fans finally start seeing we are actually a decent team 2 year down line. Glad you are doing well. Great to see Cas and Wakey in the top 8. Will make for a cracking Super 8s game for the fans down lane or at belle vue.

Indeed, if beating 1st last week and 2nd today is "meh" then I'll take that all day long. In a season that has seen us beat Leeds at Headingley and do Wigan 62-0, let them meh all day!

Catalans scored five tries to four by Wakefield. It was Pat Richards poor goal kicking that cost the Dragons the game.

We were pretty poor and still won.

"It happens to all goalkickers. I'm a former goalkicker and you get some days like that.

"I would never blame a goalkicker and I won't blame Pat. He hit the post at the end but we shouldn't have been in that situation.

We scored the majority of the points, had the better goalkicker, a player capable of dropping a goal when it mattered, the skill to achieve it. And who knows, maybe we would have gone for the try instead of a field goal had it been necessary. Listen to your coach, he knows the game and doesn't rely on excuses like yours.

We had the same when we stopped letting the likes of Leeds, Bradford, Wigan etc wipe their hands on us after using us. It was always them playing poorly etc.
Enjoy it while you can Wakey fans, it's good to see you upsetting the applecart, but save your worst performance of the season for referendum night please

Bosc looked like he was going to take the one that hit the post to be fair.
