Its been a good while since Hull KR turned out with under 16 Australians in their squad.

With the alleged 3,000,000 kids I've heard are playing RL in London three is not that many really is it?

there are 39 players in the squad and 14 teams in super league
39 / 14 = 2.8
three is therefore more than the average super league team

I do feel that RL is France has no place in either SL or the Championship, and if the RFL ant to encourage the game over there, the top 4 French Teams should play the top 2 teams in the Championship and the top 2 in championship 1.

It was a very impressive attendence. I suspect they were visiting teams and french wellwishers from the north west but that's irrelevant. I was very impressed. We hardly ever get visiting crowds of any note in this league yet we had a lot there and I was made up.

Maybe they were just people that hate Widnes Vikings and wanted to see you lose?

im pretty sure they were actually a touring squad of teenagers or the toulouse academy team, with associated adults of course. so its not like 100 average 'fans' rocked up on thursday.

So if they weren't 'fans' why did they go to the game. I can think of plenty of other things to do on a Thursday evening. A Widnes fan posts that around 100 French fans were at the game which I applauded. He then comes on to say that maybe the figure was exaggerated. Now I'm fully prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt but it is worrying when people start bumping up actual crowd numbers.
