Did any of the people bemoaning the "poor" 76k attendance go themselves?

I think some people feel that being a "gruff, honest, plain speaking Northerner" is somehow the same thing as criticising [ieverything[/i.

The funny thing is, you said this pages and pages ago, and yet still keep coming back onto this thread to read more about it.

Are people not allowed to have an opinion on the thread about attendances? Can they only say good things all the time?

I didn't have a go about you expressing your opinion. Read my post again. I had a go about your patronising attitude towards other people's opinions that differ from yours. And you have continued this in the next post in the very first sentence.

You think the attendance was fine. If people want to think otherwise in an apparently debatable subject, who are you to patronise them?

Trolls deserve patronising. Anyone that goes out of their way to irritate others for their own enjoyment deserve all the contempt they get.

Basically, people that troll on a discussion board deserve to be treated as inferior as they provide nothing to the boards other than distress of other users by unsettling. They deserved to be treated as inferior. They deserve to be patronised.

Someone who has a differing opinion doesn't deserve to be patronised. Who is to say they are superior in a topic which will never have a right answer?

in the past 15 years there as only been 4 attendances higher than saturdays so cant see how its a poor crowd at all, and it was only 6000 less than last years final which is only marginally poorer, so to say its poor with 2 unfashionable sides there is a joke when you consider that 10 of the other finals included 1 or sometimes 2 of the infamous big four, for me it was a great crowd and i really enjoyed the day even though we lost

It'll be sold out next year for a Bradford vs Hull KR final.

All our 'glory' fans who buggered back off to Huddersfield will return and we all know millions from Hull will go too
