On a more serious note, there is I believe an issue as to how the respective sports are dealt with.

I heard last week that North West Counties are abandoning the "service area" teams for 12/13 yr olds, and pushing it back a year or two, as they want to focus on "fun" rather that "competition" and "elite" training.

Now this wasn't from an official source, and I am happy to be corrected.

It's a bit worrying if true.
