London Broncos have about a core of 1,000 fans and Trailfinders will now accommodate 3,000 seated fans, making it more than adequate for their needs at the present. If London remain in SL, I can only hope that they attract another owner/investor and someone who will market them, but for now (rightly or wrongly), David Hughes bankrolls the side and it is his to do with as he sees fit......the London team was full of locally produced talent at the weekend......it is his belief that this is needed to ensure the future of the game in the south.
As for the Pitch. It's modern and state of the art. As for the facilities. They serve their purpose......the times I've been I've not had any problem with them and given the state of Belle Vue, the old adage about chucking stones in glass houses would spring to mind.

On the topic of the thugs who feel the need to drink and then cause trouble ripping out seats, throwing racial abuse at folk and threatening local bar staff......regardless of which coach they were on, they were there in support of their local side, Wakefield and as such the club has a duty to identify them! Sweeping their behaviour under the carpet of "London's ground is like a community college" is just crass......

Watched the highlights on the SL show . It looks a nice little gaff London have , I’m looking forward to visiting it .

It's amazing how the emphasis on vandalism of the stadium has been shifted by the Wakey fans towards the standards of facilities, spectator viewing, state of the pitch and crowd capacity.

By all accounts 800 fans made the trip south. Surely the main aim is to identify these morons and someone will know the culprits. Mick Carter has been quiet on the matter.

Not first hand, no, as I was in the car before I knew what was happening. I was appalled and ashamed that day and every single idiot on that pitch should have been banned for life. As you are such an expert in that incident, you will also be well aware that the club was punished and did a massive campaign to sort our issues out including the fan’s charter. Feel free to bring up an incident from nearly 20 years ago if it makes you feel better, personally I’d be more concerned that you have an element that think it’s clever to light a flare at the back of a packed stand. People in glass houses and all that.
