I dont have anything against Leigh. Its a proper rugby league town with a nice stadium. Their fans also know how to have the craic. In fact, I used to play for Leigh academy when I were a lad.
Well by play, I mean i was asked to trial for them. Didnt get taken on. Now Leigh are in the championship. I sometimes wonder if the 2 events are connected somehow? |

Sean Long retired at Hull, who finished in 6th place and out on his ear after a beating by Hull KR in the first playoff game. Still Super League and not the Championship but hardly at the very top. |
