Leigh are in with a shout of making the top 4 now as it would seem that all of the other players are either experiencing or will experience bad spells. If you can take 8 from the next 10 on offer then I reckon it'll go down to the wire as I can only see London getting 6 from 10......London need to get knocked out of the cup and get the postponed sheffield game played.....

So we'll both be fielding 'weakened sides' next week then ! So far, I'd say only Toronto are DEFINITELY in the top 4. Leigh & Halifax hoping that others drop points, and keep winning themselves. Personally I think we'll finish 5th.

Leigh will be top . Great turnaround.

And if you look at the table again, Batley are actually in with a shout. 4 points behind with a few games in hand and have just beaten Toulouse having run Toronto close the week before...

Leigh will not be top. Once Darcy Lussick finds his feet the Toronto Wolfpack will start to tear pieces out of the opposition packs.

Leigh will even find it very hard to make the top 4, given what Toronto, Toulouse, London, and Featherstone are capable of..

Seeing that you've been missing lately for obvious reasons, is that the best response you've got? There are a lot of twists and turns to come yet . I've noticed you've used the word "capable" this time. This is a sign of your unsure predictions. Meanwhile , Leigh have amassed 140 points in their last 2 games. Not bad eh.

I think Batley's problem will be a back log of fixtures. No game this week due to Dewsbury v Fax and Rochdale CC duties. Big game for Fax as I think the Rams will go into that one as favourites.

Definately a prominent dip in form in all the top four teams. Makes out for a very interesting second half of the season.

Typo. Top 4 I meant to put. Leigh were 50-4 up at half time yesterday. Has anyone dominated a side in the championship like that this year? Toronto fev Leigh top 3 then a dog fight between London Toulouse and fax for 4th. I'll take London.

London away, Fev away and then Toronto away.

Have they found a quota spot for him yet - the RL rags don't seem to think so

Is the Toronto game actually going to be in Toronto?

Not confirmed and I don't think it will be.
Latest update on the stadium over there was that the work would be completed in June at some point, so the game against Leigh in May looks to be doubtful.

No official word from Toronto yet though.

Leigh play Toronto away on the 30th June. The May fixture is the summer bash @ Blackpool.

The game at Blackpool in May will be decisive. I can see Leigh getting taken to the cleaners by Toronto, and suffering a decline in confidence that will affect their performances thereafter.

Or vice versa?

Leigh are starting to look like challengers for the middle 8's and although a top 2 finish may be just out of reach (maybe), they look like making the middle 8's
Should be an exciting end to the season but, it's still a huge ask for any of the Championship clubs to come through the middle 8's and gain promotion.

I'd swap them all out,at least you would see some entertainment on Thur/Fri night for a change.

The Championship is the right level for Leigh and Featherstone. It would be great if Toronto, Toulouse and London all gained promotion. However I think only Toronto will gain promotion (if Super League 2019 stays as 12 clubs) with only a small possibility of either London or Toulouse joining them in 2019.
