Saints players need to start going down softly or they will get nothing from the refs.

We have been poor, but the comment was in relation to consistency on head high shots and saints lack of gamesmanship.

Cas have played both saints and the ref better.

Saints are much poorer this year and when you play poorly you need that gamesmanship which we have not had since the days of long.

Cas have been right in your faces from the first minute, they're really doing a job on the back 3 to stop you getting a roll on.

Cas have been at high intensity, but we are 6 games in now. Saints should be expecting this every game.

I'm not entirely sure why we are playing Welsby in every game and almost any positions we can find for him.

Good win for Cas, got stuck in from the off & St's couldn't handle it. I didn't realise Thompson was playing 'till he got that consolation try.
