How much are we all charging for away spectators ?
Hull are increasing ticket prices to £27 for the north stand which is massively expensive (even though it is a quality ground)
Strangely it is only £19 for the opposite end (increasing to £21, I pressume)

It depends how you define working class?

Wigan were selling junior season tickets at £26 including away swaps vouchers!

It's not £27 its £23 in advance and £25 on the day although still expensive it's got the best facilities in the league and a top class view from everywhere.

I'll call your £26 and raise you a £20 junior season ticket at WTW - granted it was only for a limited period, but a great offer nonetheless.

You may be right at todays price, but there is an increase to come in before we play you, so it is £27 on the day (£25 in advance)
Why is the price £6 cheape at the other end of the ground ?

No idea mate ive never payed a match day price because ive had a season pass for the last 12 years, wasn't aware of any increase just going by the club website, if true it's unfair on the away fans, however i dont think its that bad considering some prices at some of the worse grounds are not that far away.

Rugby League is not actually that cheap anymore.

Compared to other sports it is still the best value IMO. £25 for Hull is too much though. Why should it be more than the home fans pay?

I reckon some supporters at bradford and huddersfield would disagree with that,wern't they selling season tickets for £50 & £80

It is a bit steep I think, at the same time its a fantastic stadium. Probably one of the best I've been to (along with Cardiff Citys stadium). Don't think away fans should have to fork out more than home fans either TBH.

The South Stand is discounted this season as a 'thank you' to the fans for putting up with the dross served up by our last BOD and your current coach. The discount applies to anyone buying tickets in that stand BTW.

Oh yeah that's nice, lets reward all our loyal fans with cheaper tickets.... and then charge the away fans more to subsidise them!

Not for me, i'll be going to Fev or Dewsbury instead.

I presume they are doing it to make money after all it is a business, the game as a whole should be tyrying to attract people who will pay £50 a match to watch (maybe we should as Union how they do it?) The only thing wrong if it is true is charging awway fans more as that is discrimination.

Follow a CC or CC1 team. It's ten quid in at Donny when purhased in advance. OK it's not Superleague but you get to watch a bunch of lads who want to play the game and who are not just in it for the money, plus the facilities are as good as any SL stadium.

In middle class Twickenham, the Broncos v Staints tickets were £10 each. Normally they are £15 - which is the roughly the price of a skinny latte and a bun.

Adult tickets for the North Stand at Hull are not £27. They cost £25 on the day, or £23 if bought in advance.

£23 is the same price as an unreserved ticket for our East Stand. East Stand reserved are £24, and West Stand is £24.

As someone has said, our South Stand is discounted this year, and is £19. There's nothing stopping fans of other clubs going in this stand.

Not according to your club website - on 27th Feb, just prior to our visit, the price goes up.

I wouldn't normally quibble about a couple of quid, but charging more for away supporters is a bloody liberty.

It’s beyond belief that some people will try and justify a separate pricing policy for a different set of fans in the same kind of seats. It’s an out and out scam on the away fans and everyone should boycott it. The Rugby League family is no more, we are just like football. Hull should be ashamed of themselves and the RFL should get involved and put an end to discriminatory policy!

Until the RFL draw up a set of rules and guidelines for this sort of thing (as exists in football as far down the 'pyramid' as you can think) then it will keep happening, simple as that. Similarly, some clubs charge a pre-purchase discount when bought through the home club, yet the away club are instructed to sell their tickets at the full price, again because there aren't any rules in place.
