Plenty of comments about who will finish top of the pile this season. But who do you think will finish last?

It's going to be one of 3 clubs. Ourselves, Salford or Harlequins.

Right now it's looking like Harlequins (or 'Y clwb rygbi mwyaf ofnadwy yn Lloegr') as we prefer to call them round here.

Salford and ourselves have always been pretty similar. Our next game against them should see how far both clubs have come on recently.

I personally think we will finish 3rd from bottom, Salford second last and Harlequins to get the wooden spoon.

Defeat to Bradford to end with James Graham taking off his shirt and walking off through the terraces refusing to play for Potter again. The club then decides to not play any further games this season as it would work out cheaper than maintaining Knowsley Road.

I think you will finish a bit higher than that..I think Salford will be bottom

It has to be Salford, Crusaders or Quins. I personally think it will be Salford. Crusaders have some really good players and when they gel will be pretty good.

Celtic have enough talent to nick more wins. Halifax's record of 2 points (deducted) in a season may well be under threat.....as depressing as that is to say.

No, I mea whoever finishes bottom will still have a good few wins. I see a much more even comp this year and even, dare I say it, a Champion side who has never lifted the trophy before

Agree with the New Winner bit, but can't see anything other than Salford/Quins at the bottom with less than double figures in comp points and a massive points against total.
both clubs are operating on a shoestring budget with the intent of ticking the financially viable box to counter their stadium or fanbase issues.......all at the expense of being competitive

Not as depressing as having to endure watching that season, believe me.

Nomads should start performing, they're great on a paper but we'll see if translates on the pitch.

Quins may start firing if they get a new coach. Jury's still out on that one though but to quote a Quins fan, [i"Harlequins' loss to Warrington was an absolute disgrace. Our squad is too lightweight. We need to get McDermott out now"[/i.

Salford, would talented but lacking depth be apt? Injuries could play a big part in their season.

Let's be hoenest though, who finishes bottom just doesn't matter any more and as a result some of the shine's been taken off.

I haven't seen anything other than highlights of Crusaders or Quins, but Salford are poor. I think once teams get a few games under their belts they will get some hammerings.

there could well be a significant gulf between these 3 clubs and the rest of the league but i think you should be asking a question like this after ten games not two

I suppose they can't afford to sack their coach so thats a big help to us and Salford.

Harlequins or Crusaders.

Apart from the clubs who have played twice, aren't all the judgements based on one game, perhaps we should suspend the thread for a few weeks and look again.

All I can do is comment on what I have seen so far, which is HKR v Salford (plus a couple of highlights). Based on that, my opinion is that Salford are poor, if you don't agree thats your prerogative.

Adding on Quins late 2009 form then they look to be on a serious downward spiral. What is it now? 1 win in 15?

Crusaders bottom, then salford, then Quins then Hull

No chance Jeff, Crusaders will finish above Quins, of that I have no doubt.
