He will probably end up coaching a Championship side, clubs like Wigoon, Whino's and Stains have ground based structures which he wouldn't be able to significantly change. He was OK at Featherstone and Castleford were he had a lot of control but a "big Club" don't operate like that.
Dire have a problem at a higher level, they need to fix that first otherwise a new coach will encounter similar problems of club structures and character.
