I did cringe a bit when he described the Warrington replacement front row (ie: Morley, Monaghan & Carvell) saying something like "probably the best front row in world rugby league" - maybe I misheard but I did LOL a bit.

You didn't he did say that. He also went further and said something about Morley still being world class (cant remember the exact wording) my Mrs turned round and said I thought he'd retired.

But I thought he did a good job and I was surprised at how neutral he was as well.

Had a little chuckle at that myself. Overall though, when compared to old hairdye and baldy, he is very good, loads of enthusiasm, correct calls and doesn't question the ref all the time.
