Eliminate this effect by taking a small reel of black masking tape, cut two thin strips of approximately the width of your spectacles glass, and then stick the strips horizontally onto the glass. You may need to experiment with various widths and positions, and obviously you will need to keep your head in the same horizontal plane, but this method will eliminate the majority of the offending glare from your field of view.
