Great post..... The Greatest Game wins again... I think for most people it's a bit weird... we got a little bored of Saints v Leeds and yet this year the feelings were more around the shock of Warrington and Wigan not making the final. Is this the start of..... the finish is bigger than the sum of the season?

I hope not. If so why bother playing your best team, why bother getting a season ticket? Just turn up on and off the field for the playoffs.

Or judging by the attendances, just wait for the final itself.

This happens in the NRL and everybody says its a good thing
