Glover in an interesting courtier ( and a long time fan of the club)... however there is a rumoured consortium lurking in the shadows, a group that have a big interest in the stadium development at Newmarket and for more than one reason... (indeed... some quarters say the deal has already been done, but is waiting the seal of approval from the administrator) a consortium that would have the RFL's collective mouths salivating with anticipation at their involvement in Superleague... and if the deal is to believed then to have them in a lower league would be a MASSIVE wasted business opportunity for Rugby League!

Naturally supporters get giddy when they see a multimillionaire linked with their club, however none of us were privy to the actual deals on the table so could not make such a decision on first and second choice.

Personally I have been encouraged by Mr Glovers attitude since he first publicised his interest and he appears to have the right intentions towards the club and its future, be it SL or the Championship.
