- The Jacksonville Axemen will host a home semi-final game in Jacksonville on August 21st at UNF - they have confirmed an early kick-off (2.30pm) to allow for fans to attend both their game and the Jaguar pre-season game later that evening
- This Saturday (August 14) the Axemen are hosting a "Rugby League 101" session at Time Out Sport Grill. The video session with the players and coaches is to have all the Axemen fans fully educated in Rugby League before their August 21 home semi-final game - of course there will be some beers and laughs as well - this event it FREE and starts at 3.30pm
- Arlington Toyota played a key role last weekend by transporting Axemen players to Georgia, allowing them to attend a very special day for two of the Axemen's most loyal and long term fans who were celebrating their 22nd wedding anniversary in a hospital
- 2010 American Rugby League National Championship game will be hosted by the Philadelphia Fight Rugby League Club on August 28 and they have planned a great day that will be headlined by an appearance by legendary Philadelphia Phillie's Hall of Fame 3rd Basemen Mike Schmidt - the Axemen have booked their travel to attend and will depart JAX on Saturday morning and return from Philly Sunday afternoon
