Yeah they've just released Johnson to ease pressure on the cap but Mason would also get a payout from the Roosters as they want rid of him, they've offered $100k for him to walk so he could take that and then get whatever Melbourne can afford, same as Brett Finch last season. Obviously the money isn't great for him but if he puts the effort in under Bellamy he could be the destructive forward that he should be with the size of him.
Same if the Dragons got him under Bennett aswell IMO. If they aren't paying him much anyway and he doesn't sort himself out get rid.
