That's great timing, coming 2 weeks after the Florida-Georgia game sells out Municipal Stadium. If organizers can market the game to those SEC football fans effectively, Hodges Stadium might sell out for this.

I smell a tickets offer

Hodges Stadium is only about 1/7 the capacity of Municipal Stadium, so even getting a fraction of the crowd from the Florida-Georgia game out would boost the RL crowd a fair bit. Florida's away at South Carolina on Nov. 14th, so local Gators fans won't be heading to Gainesville that weekend. They could market the game as International football, football without helmets, or something along those lines. Maybe they can get it mentioned when Spike shows the NRL Grand Final next weekend too.
