Probably so but only because of the dressing down he received as a result of the absolute b***s up he made during the Rochdale v Oldham game when he allowed a 2 on 1 strip not only to go unpunished but a try was scored as a result. He can't take the criticism. The game is far better without him and we are retaining more young refs without him.
He is coming back as coach and development officer for refs at the RFL.It is in todays RL papers. I couldn't be bothered trailing through this thread to see if anyone had posted about it. If it has already been discussed then - sorry.
