Fact of the matter is, Hull FC made a major final on the back of arguably our worst ever Super League season. Hull KR on the other hand still couldn't get any where near a major final despite having their best campaign to date.
2009 may be another season full of riddling injuries but at least we are beginning to bring in some young potential talent to boost the squad.
I cant wait until Rovers lose a couple of first team players, you'll be useless. You almost went into a state of shock when Chris Chester was injured!
Quote="Mars"The comment was intended to highlight the fact that Hull KR probably overachieved last season. It wasn't meant to be taken literally. But I am happy to agree that it may have been [islightly[/i off the mark if it will keep you from hyperventilating any further.
In reality there are probably 9 from 25 or so that have played at least a reasonable part in teams that have had a better season than Hull KR did last. That does not, however, detract from the point that Hull will likely improve past Hull KR this season other things being equal.
