So tell us Mat how can a club owner and virtual sole BB17 shareholder rack up huge debts against himself, in particular debts now rumoured to be a mid to high six figure sum?

We have good reason to believe AC had no substantial funds, and thus could not in all likelihood have lent the club any meaningful money. He did not (as far as far as we are aware) take out any direct/ indirect Director loans, and did not provide any services of note to the club. Moreover, his own (in effect liquidated NZ recruitment company) were a club sponsor - Lowie Recruitment.

Spoke to a partner at KPMG earlier today who is a friend of Charles' and they just couldn't see how AC could be a major 'creditor'. That said, due to the abridged nature of the sole BB17 accounts published to date it is nigh on impossible to identify any big ticket cost items in and out of the Profit and Loss Account.

It all seems to be a perverse way of legitimising the alleged scam that is AC writing off his allegedly fabricated gargantuan debt in return for a purported 7% share in the BB17 business moving forward. A 'business' which in any event is literally on it's knees and at this time is we aver grossly insolvent.

That said, 'we' as always will we willing to be proven to be 100% wrong. We are all ears.



So would we buy a 2020 Bulls season ticket for cash at this time? NO, yet remarkably some 15 plus fans shelled out circa £3000 plus in hard earned cash during the forum events. If (or when) the club goes belly up we trust that Wood and Sawyer will repay those poor souls in full. If not, our new and credible consortium will fully honour their season tickets (ideally at Odsal), and in addition we will definitely offer 100% free coach travel to any home games at the Tetley's stadium.

And what is Stuart Duffy still doing there? We know why, and would like to explain what we know in that regard in due course in court, where we would of course have the benefit of full legal privilege.

To be fair the season ticket holders buying this week can’t lose in your analogy. We got bust and either Sawyer/Wood pay them back, they reclaim on a card or you form this new co and honour the ticket. Where’s the risk then?

We doubt Wood and Sawyer would repay any debts to poor souls who've shelled out cash for season tix this week and moving forward. After all, Nigel and Mark may well have their own historic BB17 debts to worry about.

Why hold a fans' forum when all and sundry appear to be singing from a different hymn sheet? Why are they ALL not in the know as is the Nestegg who is predicting some form of armageddon for our Club.Can't believe there was total deceit from all who spoke. The Sawyer/Wood consortium are desperate to win over the doubting fans, of which after this week's forums there are many, as evidenced on RFLFans.com.

Word in journalist circles is that (other than those supporters with unrelenting blind faith) the forums on balance did not go down particularly well. For many the Sawyer/Wood consortium is simply being seen as more of the same, blatant asset stripping and for the umpteenth time there is no substantial (if any) financial backing over and above keeping things (and Duffy!) merely ticking over.

Moreover, the involvement of Wood is for many the final (gut wrenching) straw. Sawyer on the face of it seems to be decent enough, but when one looks behind the mask then a different story emerges. Perez (and Kear's retention) are positives, but Perez appears to be little more than a stop gap for the stop gap. Perez is a good front man, but is presumably naive to the tactics being instigated by the puppet master(s) ... and the RFL, i.e.the Odsal land grab plan etc.

In regard to the RFL and talking about naivety what the hell are the RFL's handsomely paid Board of Directors doing to challenge the obvious motives of their current and former executive? It's (allegedly) shameful, and when all this comes out in detail then said Board members should be rightfully embarrassed.

In summary we are confident that the Sawyer/Wood consortium (and the RFL) are for the main part becoming desperate, and so they should be!

You appear to be misinterpreting our messages.

We have said consistently that we wish the Wood/Sawyer consortium the best of luck. However, based on current circumstances we regrettably think they will fail. Moreover, and please carefully consider what we say in this regard, we fear that the persons who want the Wood/Sawyer consortium to fail are Wood and Sawyer themselves, NOT us.

Why do we allege this?; principally because of the apparent Odsal land grab. If we are wrong can somebody of note ask Wood, Sawyer and the RFL to provide in writing a cast iron guarantee to the Bulls fans and Bradford Council that they have no interest whatsoever in directly or indirectly selling the Odsal head lease on to a developer led consortium, or approaching the Council in order to actively seek to achieve the same. Furthermore as a sign of goodwill that the RFL provide the following three additional cast iron guarantees:

1) That an extension of a minimum of 50 years will be agreed forthwith with Bradford Council for the playing of sport. and in particular, professional rugby league, to be formally accommodated within the Odsal head lease;
2) That the RFL will agree to fully participate and engage with a formal independent inquiry into what has transpired in respect of the many recent failed incarnations of the Bradford Bulls in recent years. Said inquiry should be administered by representatives of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), Judith Cummins (in her roles as both the local MP and head of the All Parliamentary Steering Group for RL), Sport England and Sky TV, and
3) The RFL to commit to honouring and implementing their repair and maintenance (and H&S) obligations for Odsal both at present, and hereinafter, and that any such related expenditure will not be passed on to the Bulls.

In any event, as things stand, with or without the Wood/Sawyer consortium, sadly we'll likely be in administration for the fourth time in seven years and then what's left for our great club?
