You're up in the high 6,000s now judging by your crowd against Salford.

We're on about getting t-shirts made if we beat you to raise some money anyway, it worked well for you.

We prefer to stand at the side to watch games, i hate watching rugby behind the posts and as far as i am aware there is no 'away end' at odsal and fans are allowed to stand anywhere in the ground !!

and i will continue to do so as most of our fans do ..

I must agree there to be honest hate watching from behind the sticks, and we probs refer to it as the away end as its where every others teams fans stand,

apart from a few from hull kr too

same at Wakefield too....apart from this year majority of our fans always stand down the side, much prefer been at the side, thats why at Odsal we do because its also a high terrace and i cant imagine how bad that view behind the posts is.

So the good Friday game versus Salford is the benchmark




And how silly of the 'few of us' who attended the game against salford to put money into the bucket collections for the Bulls..


The shirt thing is disappointing. I was hoping for one with peter hood smiling as people fill his begging bowl or one showing the players receive partial payments or one showing your chairman and major shareholder swapping insults or the one where Hood continues to treat fans like mushrooms while they hand over their cash. Never mind.

I quite like it behind the posts, I try and stand there when I take the kids. The view is good and there's never normally too many fans there so the kids can run around a bit more.

It's often my preferred spot too tbh. 90% of my time at Odsal has been spent stood at the back of the Rooley Ave end next to the floodlight nearest the stand. There aren't many grounds where you get a reasonable view of the far goal line from behind the opposite posts.

There are plenty of grounds where you can't see the [inear[/i goalline from behind the sticks (Belle Vue and Headingley spring instantly to mind), never mind the [ifar[/i one.

Got to say I prefer watching from the side though, even if I do tend to go for the better atmosphere amongst the majority of our fans, behind the sticks, when we go away.
