That number means nothing without context unfortunately.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d approached Lovegrove and said something along the lines of “ we know you’ve had your contract paid up by Keighley to the tune of £18k - so we’ll double it and offer £18k as well”
Otherwise it’ll be in the £30k + range as it at least needs to be above national wage for the hours that the head coach will put in

unless that's pro rata,it's below minimum wage.

He'd be better off staying at Leeds then coming to us. He's highly regarded at Headingley and can't see him wanting to give up that gig.

Now coach of Midlands. Glad to see him still in the game and think he'll go well. Undoubtedly improved us in a lot of areas, just think the job was too big for him for his first gig hence the descrepency in performances.
