Given the link with Toronto, I’d not be surprised if the plan was Bulls to be run as Toronto’s B team. Which gives Toronto access to Bradford’s academy system meaning they don’t have to bother with recruiting and development of their own youngsters but still get the benefits.

Standing actually, a modern hot desking environment. Concerned people I will accept but its still nonsense all the way through and appears to be driven by a team experienced in the trade of drivel.

I'm going... can post the odd update if it's of interest although I'd imagine there will be a fair few doing so too.

OK. Let's deal in some facts, rather than fiction:

1) Kathryn Harrison has been previously named as being part of tonight's consortium - who is she and is Kath still involved ?

2) The highly respected Eric Perez has been brought in to join in with, or front a consortium. If it works out we wholeheartedly wish the consortium all the best moving forward. That said, we have legitimate concerns and we believe so should fellow Bulls supporters. Why is this?:

i) Following on from a post of late yesterday evening it is averred that the alleged usual suspects may have interceded in order make it appear as though us fans are about to deal with a viable consortium, and one which may aim to do the 'best' for Odsal. We trust you can all agree that the same was said by the RFL's Karen Moorhouse and the RFL PR machine in early 2017 when Graham Lowe and Andrew Chalmers appeared at the club. That consortium worked out well didn't it! On this occasion it may be possible that some influence was brought to bear on Eric because he presumably needs the alleged suspects ongoing assistance for his ex-Hemel, and now impending Ottowa, enterprise to formally enter the RFL structure in 2021 (assuming of course he isn't contemplating ditching that plan in favour of a possible majority involvement in the Bulls). That said, the above inferences may of course be wholly unfounded.

ii) If the consortium come to fruition (and we hope it does) what will Eric (and the rest of a consortium) bring to the table in money terms, and what will they do in response to the next upcoming Bulls (alleged) scandal, and what's become of the year end accounts up to 31 January 2019 that CB had considered to be so important?

As for who are the nesteggers, well you probably don't care anymore.

If, however, some of you are interested (or even intrigued) we can assure you that we ain't going anywhere and we will be actively monitoring events as they unfold; albeit we do hope that with a fair wind (and in reality they may need a tornado!) things evolve in a positive fashion.

We reiterate that there are seven of us. In order to compete with the other consortium we recognised that we could also benefit from getting an advisory consultant on board, so we've got one - a notable figure.

FYI the main eggheads poster is CW, who is well known in the wider RL community. We do not have a solicitor; they for the main part are folk with whom we would not want to associate. We go to proper lawyers Bar none.

The consortium taking over the bulls are going to announce they will be moving the club to New York for the 2021 season. They will be backed by a major energy drinks company. So a minor rebranding will see them play as the New York red bulls

As we are all revealing our interests here I had better come clean.

In 1972 I was part of a crack commando unit sent to prison by a military court for a crime that we didn't commit.
