There is no point in seeing a new, but heavily depleted, Bradford side getting smashed in the Championship every week, simply to get relegated and then have to try to pick themselves up yet again.

Better to start afresh, with a reasonable chance of picking up wins and building towards a better future; with your support base there is no reason to suppose that you cant make it back into the Championship and then SL eventually.

Indeed. And that support base will only take more of a kicking if we spend next year watching the Bulls get thrashed week in week out.

And they could always then move the iPro Final (or whatever its called) to Odsal seeing as it will be sat there doing nowt!

Come 5th Feb roll up in your numbers to the light stream and let's get a crowd in that will be the envy of most superleague teams. I know Rovers are hoping for a crowd approaching 5 figures having sold over 5000 passes.You might as well start against the favourites for top 2 and see where you are. Still hoping the RFL see sense [though not holding my breath and put us in champ 1 - at least we might win a few games in that division and tbh, I've still not decided what I'm doing this year. If my ticket is honoured I might still go, if not, I might well sack it altogether.

How do we collectively tell the 10 bidders that actually we don't want to take up the RFL poisoned chalice. It isn't the will of the fans and they shouldn't do it.

Indeed, I suspect a few of the bidders will have read these pages at least. Also given that its safe to assume no Bulls fan actual picked the joke SL option the numbers are closer to 85% in favour of League 1 I reckon.

Think option 3, as it is simply barking, was intended to be just a joke, though I confess, if this were the T&A, we'd probably have to accept the ten as genuine.

Since this isn't the T&A rantboard, I can't imagine that they are really genuine opinions and are best ignored if we're looking for how fans really think.

It's beyond me why we should bother about a mid season jolly, which in itself, screws up the season as far as a being fair competition is concerned. Give 'em the two points....they'd get them anyway! I'm going to volunteer to be on the bench - so long as they promise I won't be needed!

Could never understand why the team that finished 5th last year should draw the favourites that were relegated from SL. Probably nothing to do with trying to fill the ground with the 2 best supported teams.

In fact fat Nige is probably wondering how he can favour us more in 2018; options available =
A. If we manage not to get relegated in 2017, we take another minus 12 points until we do, or
B. If we manage not to get relegated in 2017, the rules change that year, and the team that is in ?th position gets relegated (obviously ?th position will be decided at the end of the season when they know what position we finish in, or
C. If we do get relegated, change the rules in 2018 so that there is no way we can get promoted even if we win every game that season (I doubt that we would)
D. If we get relegated, introduce a new rule that states any team that used to be in Super League called Bradford Bulls and ends up in bottom division (no matter what the team is then named) is automatically deducted 12 points each weekend so that other clubs cant accuse us of being favoured by the RFL

They could decide that any team renting a ground from the RFL have to play in the division chosen by the RFL

Erm, Celtic won 2-1! Anyway I'm sure the Bulls fans are more concerned about the HKR fan who is worried about losing 2 points from the Summer Bash if the Bulls start in C1.
