I did actually have a dream last night that I had applied for the job and I was sat watching us play in the Grand Final, in the knowledge I would find out if I got the job or not that night.

How? He's never won Super League (Noble and Millward) or the World Cup (Kearney), the best he achieved is a Challenge Cup Final and 4th place SL finish which puts him equal with Sharp.

Wrong (well, partly). Leeds finished 2nd in the league in 2003 with Powell in charge. Wigan knocked us out of the play-offs at HQ that season. So he's already achieved more than McNamara at the least.

Kearney has not been a head coach of a club. Only Noble & Millward have achieved more. I never said he was any good. Actually though, I do think he is.

With Leigh bringing around 1700/2000 and even after the dross that was the Crusaders 19-0 Bradford game, I expect at least 4000 to turn out wearing Bulls colours.

I'll say anything under 5500 would be a shock.

I expect around 6300/6400 come kick-off on Friday (if the weather is with us)

Think you might be getting carried away with the Leigh following 7 coaches sounds good, but in reality it's only 350 fans, I'd be surprised if numbers hit 1000.

Bear in mind though that when we played Keighley earlier in the season we only had one coach and a minibus and had 600+ there - a large proportion of our support tend to travel by car (similarly 800+ at Halifax with two coaches and a minibus).
