would we have actually taken any pledges on the sunday though? no post or people in offices to answer phone so only pledges on a sunday would be online ones. Did we have the stall at the bingley live thing all weekend or just the saturday?.

I have been reliably informed from sources very close to the ticket office that this indeed has every likelihood of being the case...

Have also been asked to confirm that pledges are apparently counted as and when they are received - no delay - and then they get split into the terrace/stand/family categories.

I'm happy with that increase although from now on it's going to small increases of no more than 300 a day.

They weren't slacking off either I thought they were really pushing it. On the Sunday as the crowds poured in they were handing out car stickers and I saw a couple of people signing up.

No change today. Either there's been no pledges or someone forgot to do the update.

The Bulls really need to push up the marketing of the pledges.

the marketting is still ongoing, I received a leaflet through the post yesterday, but as it has already been said, the die hard fans have already pledged, the next four and a half thousand is going to be pretty tough!!

You can't knock the club for trying something different though.
Unfortunately the people of Bradford don't seem to know when they've got it good.

I still haven't received anything back from the club confirming receipt of my pledge though. I pledged on the same Sunday in was launched and fear there maybe a good couple of thousand that have slipped through the net.

I'd suggest taking out some ad space for it in the T&A and League Express.

I think what might be putting people off is that they may have got the idea that they're signing a legally binding contract that they MUST buy a season ticket and that they are hesitant to do this due to the chance of the ticket costing more than the £60 of the offer.

I think there will be a full page ad on Thursday.

Do you know whether the club are concerned with the amount of pledges over the past few days?

I've spoken to a few people at the club, all of whom are confident of getting 10000 pledges. Apparently the pledges are roughly split 60/40 between current season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders, which means there's still 2000 or so season ticket holders who have not yet got around to pledging (and I would imagine most of them will).

If theres a 2nd phase to the marketing campaign then nows the time for it kick in.

Abig signing about now or definite news re orford staying would probably do it. Sibbit signing won't do much to kick start things imo.

I think they need to start visiting schools once they re-open, which should be around this time I think. Convince the kid and you'll end up roping at least one parent into coming along too
