As to the first part of your question, MicktheGled claimed (on page 21 of this thread) that it was June but wasn't more exact. Haven't seen any mention of this elsewhere though.

Surely any root & branch restructure would have to happen over two years. If not, a mockery is made of the whole of this season.

I just wonder how may fans we'll have left when this big conspiracy all plays out, I cant make it to most games these days but I've never missed the BCB commentary and I admit I'm struggling to listen to the young lads getting trampled by some men like a second rate pub league every week

This is the thing. Everybody was impressed and pleased with our young guns, the team having exceeded expectations but with loan padding. Everybody knew we needed grunt an experience. Everybody knew come Easter we'd be tacked if we didn't get some experience in, as everybody knew we'd not have all the loan players. Everybody knew that we'd start to get floggings if you just play teams of boys against men, however good and promising the boys. Everybody knew all of this. Despite everybody being able to see the train coming, our bag owners keep their hands in their pockets and their lips tightly sealed, while the fans pay to watch inevitable massacres, and winnable games that could secure our immediate future ending up annihilations. The honeymoon is over with these guys for me. We've been given to duds, and the fans and the young lads are being used as cannon fodder by owners who give no sign of any willingness or ability to do anything about it.

Maybe, just maybe, today's flogging might galvanise them into sticking their heads over the parapet and actually doing something. It may not yet quite be too late, but even if we scrape survival, the point stands. There is no excuse for the way these "owners" are allowing things to collapse, and if they've no willingness or ability to do anything about it then why TF did they acquire the club, and why were they allowed to?

Should we all think now that the owners have been given assurance by the powers that be will be making changes and the Bulls will be fine

Yes none of us know and it's all hearsay and yes some of it from me but we've got to be honest now if things stay the same the door will be getting permanently locked in the near future

I cannot see the RFL letting a club with 4000 fans for home games go to the wall, there has got to be something going on in the background

It seems like a risky strategy hoping the RFL change the structure this year and we somehow manage to avoid relegation. We deserve to be relegated should we finish in a relegation spot.

Perhaps the fans should stay at home until they know what is happening.

Ignoring the points deduction with the games you have won you would be joint 7th with Batley. I do not think when you look at it that way the team has done as bad as some are making out.

The only problem with the joint 7th scenario is we aren't we were docked 12 points so are staring down the barrel of relegation.

The owners needed to invest in order to overcome this handicap.

I am pleased to have a club to follow, matches to watch, and the enjoyment of striving to achieve something. In this case survival. It's a lot better than I'd thought in December.

I'd love us to have owners who were plowing millions into this season. We haven't. Whether because they don't have it or are saving it or a brave new world, I don't know. I don't think that people complaining about others not piling in enough money is particularly rational. If you're that convinced that there's a return then put your own millions in; otherwise you're just begging.

I am a supporter and I will keep on supporting.
