Murphy was still in charge of Saints in 87-88 and it was Mike McLennan that brought in the "header" wasn't it? Could be wrong tho...
I'm still annoyed at that Saints game. If Harkin had been fit to play there's no way we'd have gone down 2-0 at Wigan in the cup. We'd have gone all the way to Wembley that year. |

JM knows a wide range of topics within Rugby League and contributes to topics within other sources very well.
