Perhaps it would be worth considering who would take the ball up and the team forward? And...... if the centres are doing the work of the props, who is doing theirs or are we to play four centres? Perhaps we should tell Melbourne Storm this secret formula?

I'm seeing rumours that Fielden may be signing for the Giants

That's wrapped up in the same claim that the Giants are about to sign lestrange and Gale. Crock of ?

I'm pretty sure that Luke Gale has signed a new long term deal that will be announced very soon.

Really and how much transfer fee are you paying us then as Gale is not out of contract ?

I notice that our new partner club has signed Leeds under 20 player of the year Aaron Brown a highly rated stand off/loose forward. Brown is quite clear --he has ambitions to play Super League and hopes the Rams are a proving ground. If he does well perhaps we'll be in the prime position to sign him for 2014.I suppose it's within the bounds of possibility that we could use him next year given that my understanding of the arrangement with the Rams is that it's a two way process.
As regards props I think that FC is proving himself a smart operator and there's no way he would be releasing Joseph if he's not confident that there's some replacements lined up. He released Pryce (who had his best games at centre last year) and the next day Blythe is announced.
Looking at the latest update of our possible squad I agree with those who feel we need to sign
1.all or most the remaining OOC players-- to me it's significant that Pryce and Joseph were released as it implies the Bulls are trying to sign the rest
2. At least one number 6 /7 even if Sammut is eligible and is signed
3. 2 or 3 props

Someone at the club told me Heath had signed for the Giants.

Is that recently? Could it be that that was his escape route if we went belly up.
- All the comments from Heath over the past few weeks have indicated he is very happy and looking forward to next season with us. So I'd be very surprised and massively disappointed if this story was true.

Done some digging and any rumours re gale or l'estrange are very wide of the mark. Don't know why some fans feel the need to leave their club open to accusations of illegal approaches constantly!. Interesting that latest rumours pop up at same time as latest couple of trolls seem it have disappeared of here. Wonder where they've gone back to.....
