Kearney Excellent attacking performance from the back and some excellent support play, just need a few more like him!
Menzies A real menace for the Quins defence, caused plenty of problems and made some big hits!
Platt Thought he look impressive (ignoring him running into touch), strong in defence and combined well with Beaver and used his pace too good effect.

Although i've been pretty impressed with Kearney at stand off, I think he has to stay at full back. He looked dangerous every time he touched the ball, and in defence he was talking constantly throughout the game.

Menzies was solid as always and showed a few quality touches.

Whitehead when he was on was everywhere. He got through loads of work in defence, and made plenty of yards.

1- Kearney - What a player and a great weapon to have when returning a deep kick, a lot more dangerous at full back than Halley

2 - Orford - I though Ox played very well again, some great kicking play, great passing game and not afraid to straighten the play up and drive in himself

3 - PLATT! - Now I was expecting to have to come on here and dismiss his performance and question why he was selected, however the boy did good! Showed great pace in attack and i'd be tempted to leave him in to ge under Seniors skin next week!

Kearney - Looked to really enjoy the bit of extra tome and space
Beaver - Played like he was 10 years younger
Ox - Would have put him second apart from the intercepted pass he threw

kearney=keep him at fullback had everything and quins struggled to contain him
orford=apart from interception pass ran the show and can only get better
platt=good game to say only 2nd full game bags of pace and looks to improved on tackling

Best fullback performance I've seen here for many a year. Remember Withers did it with a much more dominant team around him.

He seems to look a lot more dangerous being on the end of the second phase ball rather than 2nd man on the line

I thought we looked pretty solid, and with a bit more confidence/composure with the last ball we would have won by a big score.

Close call IMO between Kearney and Menzies.
Kearney solid in defence and exciting in attack by great lines of speedy running which caught the eye.
Menzies a top notch performance in defence and attack who was everywhere on the field for all the game.
An awesome work rate that for me probably edged him to MOM overall.
The third accolad is difficult where Platt was impressive, I'm pleased to say, and Langley and Scruton put the hard yards in but Orford takes it for me. Relatively quite by his own high standards but still instrumental in most build ups - and a couple of cracking tackles on their forwards.
