How long do we think this process may take to sort out? I would hope the first thing we do this morning as a club is get straight on phone to RFL to see whats happening.

I think that if this isn't sorted by the end of tomorrow (Wed) then there really is a problem with the signing. If there is, I can't see us paying a transfer fee that really should be spent on the wage of a big prop. Hopefully, it will be announced very soon that he is ours.
We need him and all loans back this week and to keep them for the rest of the season.

I've been told that Chizzy's contract with Sheffield runs out on the 1st of May so it won't be an issue after that anyway.

If that's true then Sheffield seem to have deliberately sabotaged us by achieving nothing except ensuring he couldn't play for us for a fortnight. That would not be nice, if they did.

I used to like Sheff as a club, for beating Wigan at Wembley, felt sorry for them with Hudds nicking their SL place.

But after this and listening to their fans shout their players to break Jonny Campbells legs as well as 80 minutes of Bulls hate, I hope we beat them in the survival stakes and watch them go down.

And I doubt Chisholm would have a made a difference in either of the Easter fixtures. Not even Thurston can do much if his pack is losing literally every collision.

That was presumed as soon as it came out. They appear to have done it purely to try and stop the bulls picking up points knowing they were losing him soon.
It doesn't take much to turn clubs and fans against each other. What a shame if this has now caused bad feelings between the two clubs.

Does anyone remember the piste and siglu near the bottom of Manchester Road? The only time (literally) I have personally had away fans being weird with me for the sake of it was Sheffield lads in there.

Thanks Roger, I'm sure when all this comes out, people will maybe look at Bradford's over-eagerness rather than some perceived play from Sheffield to hold up the process for the sake of a couple of games.

I've been to Sheffields last 5 games and apart from Bulls game, they are playing some very good rugby. Scoring plenty of points, scored 90 in the 2 Easter games

I do like Sheffield as a city and I did like the Eagles .
When I moved down here the Eagles became my second favourite team.
Enjoyed their style of play , massively respect Mark Aston for not only keeping the Eagles going but more generally never missing an opportunity to promote League in a football city. He ensures there's always support for local community clubs.
However I've found over the past 2 or 3 seasons some of the fans are becoming more like football fanatics . Of course it's a minority but it's a growing minority.
