Its even been slightly less vitriolic on the T&A Rantasaccamaccaboard. Indeed, in one of my very rare posts on there several weeks ago, I was driven to observe how the rantaholics were conspicuous by their absence after we win. Even our old punishing many-handled friend SMFTS (on there) has been a bit more reasonable on there and elsewhere, albeit slips from time to time. Whether it will last beyond our next loss is another question, of course, but would be good if it did.

I've usually classified myself more PT than NT, but must admit I'm finding it difficult to get too worked up about Friday. We've a decent little run, but nothing like 2005. And we've been enormously helped by other results going in our favour in lottery winning style . But I just cannot get enthused over the possibility of finishing 8th.
