Might help if you and others ranting about recruitment bans actually went and read the special measures rules. There is NO recruitment ban when your in special measures. The only requirement is that any contracst have to be pre-approved by the RFL

Maybe Ralph rimmer should read those rules before he makes statements about the club not being able to sign players. Oh and by the way you clearly couldn't afford to sign those players in any event

Go read the rules then take note of the key word 'essentially' rimmer put in his quote.

Effectively it's an open ended rule rfl can apply how they want. Not hard and fast no signing allowed some are making out.
